Hi, neither clearing the cache, nor reload with ctrl+shift+r, nor changing the download mirror helps, unfortunately.

Hi Eric,
The download speed had gotten erratic and often very very slow--like dropping below 0.5 MB or worse. Canceling and restarting might help or might not. Never mattered which mirror I was using.
Right after the response you mention above, downloads went back up to about 50 MB where they have been ever since. It seemed like the problem was fixed. I'll let you know if it comes back.
