I'm not speaking of this video specifically (this is the most recent UHD video, that's all), so sorry to abuse your comment system in this way. But have you considered using a higher bitrate or switching to a newer codec for your Ultra HD videos? I don't know if there are technical limitations that would make doing either infeasible, but I presume the 20Mbps bitrate was chosen to balance quality with size, and the right balance has not been found in my personal opinion. I realise the bitrate is twice the highest 1080p bitrate, but I don't find this to be quite enough to get the best out of UHD (although it would with a latest-generation codec like HEVC or AV1).

Don't get me wrong, these videos are great, and much preferable to the 1080p videos for someone who has a 2160p monitor like me, but there is clear room for improvement in the encoding, which I believe is the direct result of the bitrate not being higher. As a company that clearly respects technical quality, I hope you can see what I mean, although I admit I may be more demanding then the average user! The main problem for me is the way is which motion looks particularly compressed (motionless areas admittedly look perfect). Maybe this could be corrected with different encoding parameters, or maybe it's the fault of the camera, but I do know that some other sites (including on this network) use a higher bitrate and don't have this specific problem.

Anyway, this is just a suggestion, or feedback if you like, so don't let it give you the impression what I have anything other than great admiration for your output, including this from Lily which is wonderful.
